To install the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Electric Brake Controller # 90195 into your 2014 Chevrolet Express the black wire from the controller will go to 12 volt power, the blue wire runs back to your 7-way trailer connector at the rear of your van, the white wire is for gound, and the red wire connects to the cold side of your stop light switch.
If you don't already have one you will need a 4-way trailer connector installed. The wirnig harness # 118392 will fit your van. Then you will use # ETBC7 to provide you with all the wiring for the brake controller as well as the 7-way trailer connector.
I've attached a couple of help articles as well as two videos that may be helpful. Especially the video of the Prodigy P2 # 90885 being installed onto a 2012 Express. It's a different controller and different year van but the install will be very similar.
