Question:

I received the Roadmaster wiring kit to connect my 16 Wrangler to a Sprinter 3500 motorhome. The Sprinter has the typical 7 connecter round socket. Is it possible to use one of the connections in the 6 wire socket, used as part of the RM-15267 harness, to pin 4 on the 7 connector socket for charging the Wrangler battery while in transit? I plan to use a towed brake product that uses the towed vehicle battery to periodically charge a vacuum pump for operating the Wrangler brakes while towing and would like to keep the battery charged. If this is not possible are there reasonable alternatives? As always thanks for your help and valuable advice.

Yes, you can wire a charge line from the back of the # RM-15267. The kit that includes everything you'll need, including a 15 amp circuit breaker, is part # RM-156-25. This will maintain the charge on your Jeep's battery but it will not actually charge a dead battery. I've linked a video of it being installed in a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.

In addition, if you need your RV to be wired to supply the power the kit is # RM-156-75.

For a supplemental braking system I suggest the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251. This stays in your vehicle once installed so you don't have to take it out to drive your Jeep. It applied the brakes in proportion to the RV's braking action by activating when the RV's brake lights do. Then it uses an inertia sensor to detect the rate of deceleration to slow your Jeep. You'll also need to install a brake light relay, # RM-88400, to prevent the Jeep's brake signals from overriding the turn signals sent by your RV. I've attached videos of both of these as well.
