Where could I find the replacement key for this model rack? Ive checked many sources, none able to locate it.

We can help you with replacement keys for your Thule bike rack. Thule products use coded lock cores and the number code on your lock will tell you which key to order. Please refer to the linked photo that illustrates a lock core.
You will use partial part number THKEY and add to it the code from your lock. In the photo example that shows lock code N030 you would then order part # THKEYN030. Since keys are sold individually you might want to order a couple so you have a spare.
