NEED INFO ON A FRONT MOUNT HITCH ON A 2008 TUNDRA 2WD..LOOKING AT DRAWTITE VS REESE. LOOK THE SAME. ARE THEY? THANK YOU

We have two front mount hitches that are confirmed to fit your 2008 Toyota Tundra. The Curt 31198 and the Draw-Tite # 65080.

They do have identical specs since they both have a 9,000 pound line pull and 500 pound vertical load. Both have a 2 inch recevier opening. Both bolt to your Tundra's frame and do not require any drilling. The largest difference is going to be the appearance once either is installed. The receiver tube of the Draw-Tite protrudes further forward than the Curt by over an inch. This will make it more visible when nothing is mounted to it. However, it can also help with clearance. When putting an accessory on the hitch there is less chance of it coming in to contact with the front of your truck.
