I reached out to Cequent, the maker of Pro Series, and they have discontinued the 4 bolt rails you mentioned, but still have mounts for some vehicles. Unfortunately your 2016 Ford F-150 with 6-1/2 foot bed isn't one of the models that has those mounts available. They said that with the switch to the aluminum bed, there was enough reason for them to focus on making things right for their current rails to function properly that they let those 4 bolt rails and mounts go. I asked if you could use universal mounts with the 4 bolt rails and they said no, they simply won't fit your truck.

My recommendation for you is the 2016 Ford F-150 Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches, # RP50087-58. This kit will give you custom brackets to fit your truck without drilling your frame, the 10 bolt rails, and the hardware needed. I looked at the picture of the Reese custom fit rail kit you sent me and it looks like my rails are the 10 bolt rails. I attached a picture of my rails. Do you sell the custom frame mounting bracket for my 2016 Ford F-150 ?? Let me know if you do. Thank you very much.

Yes. That is good news. I do have the brackets you need for your 10 bolt rails. The Reese Quick-Install Custom Bracket Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches, is # RP50087. This will give you the custom brackets and the hardware you need to install your rails.
