The correct custom bracket set and hardware kit for your 2018 Ford F-150 will depend on if you have 43" long or 48" long base rails. If you have 43" long base rails these are what is referred to as inboard rails and you will need to use part # RP50087 for the brackets and part # RP58430 for the hardware. If you have 48" long base rails these are what is referred to as outboard rails and you will want to use part # RP56034 for the brackets and part # RP58504 for the hardware.
