Question:
2005 Ford F150 STX 2WD 4.6 V-8 Will either the Draw-Tite 65043 or the Curt 31352 interfere with the transmission cooler?

No, installing the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # 65043 or the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # 31352 will not interfere with the OEM transmission cooler on your 2005 Ford F-150 STX. The only way that you transmission cooler would be affected is if you had something installed on the front-mount hitch that was directly blocking air flow to the transmission cooler. If you have an aftermarket transmission cooler, part # 65043 interfering with it would depend on where the cooler is mounted, you will need to check the instructions for the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch # 65043 (see link).
We have some accessories to use with your front-mount hitch that you may be interested in, like Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver Skid Shield, part # 6771. To lock your accessories in your hitch, we have the Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock, part # e98880. If you plan on mounting a winch on your F-150, we have Winch Mounting Plate, part # BDW20011.
I have linked instructions for both the Draw-Tite and Curt Front-Mount Trailer Hitch, as well as a video installation of a front-mount hitch on a 2006 Ford F-150 that you may find as a good reference.
