Question:
I am looking at the Timbren axle-less system to replace my current 3500lb x2 axle on my TT. I know there are the lift on the 3500 lb model, but do you offer the same in the 7000lb model? Or...would I gain some ground clearance if I use the straight spindle version relative to the current axle arrangement?

The Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension Systems rated at 3,500 lbs, like part # ASR3500S06, are available with straight spindles, 4 inch lift spindles, or 4 inch drop spindles. These axle's are equipped with 4 bolt electric brake flanges.
The Timbren Axle-Less System rated a 7,000 lbs are only available with straight spindles, part # TASR7KS01 or 4 inch drop spindles part # TASR7KS02. The 7,000 lbs axle system does not have a lift spindle option.
The Timbren Axle-Less straight spindle axles can help maximize your trailer's ground clearance in most cases, but this will depend on your specific application. If more ground clearance is needed, Timbren part # ASR3500S06 is an axle that has a 4 inch lift spindle. The straight spindle kits are designed to place the tires and wheels at relatively the same height to the trailer's frame. However, these axle systems do offer better ground clearance in that there is no axle tube running across the entire trailer.
I also recommend electric brake assembly part # AKEBRK-35R-SA and # AKEBRK-35L-SA. These assembles will bolt right up to the 4 bolt flanges on the Timbren axles. The brake assemblies are also self-adjusting.
If new drums are needed, I recommend part # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K for each wheel on your axles. The drums come with all new bearings, seals, and lug nuts. They are also equipped with the E-Z Lube dust covers to work with the E-Z Lube spindles on the Timbren axles.
