For your 27 foot Carver boat, the weight you referenced will put us into only electric options. Typically for boats, there is a ratio of 2:1 on the capacity of the winch. Our Super Heavy Duty Hand Winches fall slightly below that ratio, so a nice electric winch will be your best option. I'd suggest we go a little bigger than that ratio to account for steeper inclines and other variables with the Bulldog Winch Trailer Winch with Wire Rope, # BDW15019. It's 1.8 hp, permanent magnet motor delivers powerful, fast, and safe line pulling that place your boat safely onto your trailer. It also has a handy wired remote so you will have control at your fingertips while enhancing your sightline when loading and unloading. There is a wireless remote option, # BDW20212.
For your trailer's A-frame jack, I would recommend the Round A-Frame Trailer Jack, # TJA-5000S-B. This is a Sidewind jack that has a 15 and 5/8 inch travel and 5000 lb capacity. Remember the capacity is based only on the tongue weight of the trailer, so this will be more than enough to give you peace of mind. I'd also recommend getting the drop leg to make this an even more user friendly jack with the Drop Leg for eTrailer and Ram Jacks, # JF-1005H-Z.
We unfortunately do not carry bunk slicks, but we do carry roller bunks and carpeted bunk boards. Our carpeted bunk boards come in 2 to 6 foot lengths and are sold in pairs. For example, CE Smith Carpeted Bunk Boards for Boat Trailers-6 foot long-1 pair is # CE27840. The marine grade carpet helps protect the finish on your boat's hull and has a velvety finish. It is soft, strong, and weather resistant. We also have roller bunks like CE Smith Roller Bunks for Boat Trailers-6 rollers each-5 feet long-1 pair, # CE27710. These roller bunks are available in 4 or 5 foot length and are sold in pairs. These roller bunks ease boat loading and unloading as the boat rolls smoothly over the bunks. They are made of heavy duty black rubber rollers and 12 gauge galvanized steel.
