Helpful Expert Reply:
For a 2000 Chevy Express Van that did not come with a factory installed trailer wiring harness/connector you can use # 118377 to add a 4-Way flat to the rear of the vehicle. It plugs in line with the tail light wiring at the back of the vehicle. I have included a link to a video showing an example installation for you.
