For the original T2 916 bike rack the correct replacement locking ratchet arm is actually # 753-3579 which is the same one for the Sidearm bike racks.
If you also need the hook for the arm it is # 753-3583. You may also need # 853-5960 which is the Replacement RQL Arm Bearing Half.
