Hi there. Is this a complete arm except the hook?, I mean does it has the trigger, ratchet and all internal parts just to attach the hook and start using it, or it is missing some internal parts?. I ask you this because the ratchet system of mine stop working but I´m not sure which is the damaged part.

The Replacement Locking Ratchet Arm Assembly, part # 753-3579 is the complete replacement arm minus the hook portion. The screws, part # 753-3579, and nylon insert locknut, part # 853-5973 are required for installation and are sold separately. The Replacement Lock Plug, part # 853-6395 is also sold as a separate item.
