What is the diameter of the holes and the distance between centers of the holes?

Shim # 58207 measures 3-3/4 inches between the mounting holes on center. The holes are approximately 13/16 inches in diameter to accept the 3/4 inch bolts used by the weight distribution hitches for which this shim was designed.
