Can I get a pintle adapter for 21000# gvw for the hitch

There isn't a pintle adapter for ball mount # C45902 rated for 21,000 pounds but I may have a solution for you. What you could do is use ball mount plate # 337PM25812 with Convert-A-Ball pintle hook combo # PH1. When used as a pintle hitch the capacity will be 20,000 pounds.

Or for a pintle/ball combo we have # C48012 rated for 20,000 pounds but it is not adjustable. I know that falls just under the 21,000 pounds you are looking for but to go above that you would need a 3 inch hitch.
