Trailer Jack Recommendation or Trailer with Angle-Iron Frame

I have a home made utility trailer. The rails are made with angle iron. Will there be a problem mounting this jack?

You would have to box the frame to install the trailer jack part # MJ-1206B as it cannot attach directly to an angle-iron frame.

The Fulton # FTJ120W0301 which is a weld-on application would be an excellent choice as well. You would just weld it directly to the frame.

Hey Ron, we don't have any bolt on style jacks that will attach to angle iron so you would need to weld on a mount like what comes with the Round Snap Ring Swivel Jack w/ Footplate #TJB-2001-Z. Does it have an a-frame jack currently?

Hi Tyler; the mounting plate included with the #e22ZV has a 3,500 lb capacity. This exceeds the 3,000 lb lift capacity of the jack so you won't have to worry about overloading it.
