Determining Pin Box Make and Model to Choose Correct Replacement Pin Box

Question:

I have a Dutchman toy hauler. Its a 2011 Voltage 3900 , 42 feet long 3 axles . I could not find a pin box model number anywhere. Do you happen to know what would fit, Im trying to smooth out my ride and get ride of chucking. I just installed new 17.5 rims with Goodyear tires made a big difference

Even though you weren't able to find a sticker or label on your pin box to determine the make and model number, I have a solution to be able to determine which pin box is on your 2011 Dutchman Voltage 3900. Selecting the style pin box and then taking some measurements will help us determine the pin box on your camper. I have attached a help article that will walk you through this process.

Unfortunately there is not a way for me to look up which pin box is on your trailer, so taking some measurements is the best way to find your pin box and choose the correct replacement.

Most pin boxes are either medium or long style pin boxes. I have attached diagrams from the help article of both medium and long pin boxes showing which measurements will need to be taken. Once we know these measurements from your pin box, we can determine which make and model number pin box is on your trailer. Knowing the make and model number will help us find the correct fit replacement pin box to help improve your trailer's ride.

Once you have the pin box style and measurements from the pin box, feel free to let me know or consult the chart in the help article. If you can provide me with the measurements or the make and model number found from the measurements, I will be happy to recommend an upgraded pin box for you.
