I need a 4 inch rise. Any other hitch recommendations?

The pin hole to pin hole distance of the # RM-048-4 is 9-5/8".

The Blue Ox # BX88241 has a pin hole to pin hole length of 12 inches, but it also has a rise/drop of 7 inches. This will be crucial to picking out the right adapter for your RV, see attached Help Article. Two adapters that are similar to the Roadmaster one you were looking at are the Blue Ox # BX88235, with the length from center of pin hole to center of pin hole is 10-1/8" and the Roadmaster # RM-076 has a pin hole to pin hole distance of 10-1/4". If you need no rise or drop then you will be able to use # RM-071.

If you can tell me what rise or drop will make your setup level and the weight of the vehicle your towing, I'd be more than happy to help you find an adapter that will work for your 10-1/2 inch distance.

I did some research and the best High/Low adapter for your setup is the # BX88241. This will keep your RV and towed vehicle in the safe level range and provide you with the 12 inches from pin hole to pin hole you desire.
