Hi, everyone. Steve here with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at the Blu Technology PURBLU AR3 XLT water filtration system. So folks, if you want even more flow and longer lasting filtration than that standard AR3, this is an upgraded system that might be exactly what your RV or camper set up needs. So, your traditional Blu Technology PURBLU AR3 XLT also has a built-in UVC 4-stage water filtration and purification system. So, this will deliver high volume clean water across the entire RV and camper set up.

And as you can see you got the power cord here that's going to power up that UVC purification part. And then, of course, that's the other end of the power cord. And then you've got the tool here for putting into the rings here and spinning off those rings that secure those filters in place. And what I like is that they've got arrows molded on top of the unit here in the plastic parts, and that shows you the water's coming in this side with quick connect fittings, which you'll simply screw onto your garden hose or your water source rather. And then coming out, same thing, you got another quick connect.

All stainless steel by the way. And then label on the front here and these different hard labels here, what they're doing. So coming in, you got Longevity, then it goes through Off-grid, then it goes to the PURBLU with the UV light setting, and everything as well. So, it's going through all that. Right away, this system's larger than your standard AR3.

So, these filters are 10-inch filters. So that means longer filter life, better performance compared to the smaller units that they offer. It still is a 0.2 micron filtration, so you're still removing those fine sediments, contaminants, and improving your water taste. And just like the smaller AR3, this again has that LED UVC purification, which again, you're gonna neutralize bacteria, viruses without those harmful chemicals like bleach and additives. And this will still give you that same high flow rates.

Very strong 2.9 gallons per minute, so you're not sacrificing water pressure anywhere in your system. And then like all their units on the back, you got some pre-drilled holes here if you wanna hang this on the wall for a more permanent application. But if you wanna be portable, as always, with the PURBLU stuff, you do have a nice heavy-duty bag here. And their bags have a nice rubberized bottom on them. And then, as always, you're coming up here, these sit sideways in here, if you will. So, it lays down on its side. I say it lays on its side, it's gonna be standing up. But for all intents and purposes here, when you stick it in the bag, what I think is the bottom is actually kinda the side, if you will. So, this goes in the bag. You may have to move around a little bit. There we go. And then, we can zip it back up. Both sides have great zippers on them. Easy pull zippers. And then, of course, you've got hook and loops stitched into the side along with other bags and stuff. And then, what I like is that from the sides, you unzip. Bam. Now I got a water connection here. Same thing with the other side. My other water connection. And of course, you can run the power out the side that has that UV light protection. And when you're not using the power cord and that tool, you wanna store it, you've got ample space in this very large pocket on the side. Your handles, of course, can hook a loop together with padding to give you a nice, easy to hold, easy to lift. And of course, you have a shoulder strap as well. So, if you wanna put on your shoulder and take off down the road, you can do that as well. So, very nice design, very nice. Again, you're gonna maintain clean water. You're gonna maintain the high flow rate. The big difference here is capacity as far as this being the XLT version. Built for higher demands, longer trips, fewer filter changes.
