Campground water can carry sediment, chlorine, and grit that affect taste and wear on your RV. This three-stage filter system makes that water safe to drink and better tasting, while the included hoses and fittings let you hook up right away.
Anyone who has hooked up to the water at a campground knows what can come out of those lines - sediment, chlorine, even bacteria and viruses that slip through standard RV filters. The AR3 solves that with three stages of protection:
Water pressure isn't the same at every campsite. Some spigots surge past what your RV's plumbing was built to handle, and over time that strain can crack fittings or shorten the life of your appliances. This Blu Tech regulator gives you control at the source. It adjusts pressure across a full range from 0 to 160 PSI, so you're in control no matter what spigot you connect to. It ships preset at 45 PSI, which is right in the 40 to 60 PSI range most RV plumbing is built for. It also includes a dual-layer inlet screen to block sediment before it reaches your lines, helping keep your water safe to drink while protecting your RV's system from campground surprises.
Most campgrounds only give you one spigot, but you often need more than one line. The included stainless-steel splitter gives you three outlets: one for the filter system, one for a garden hose to rinse gear or fill a bucket, and one for other uses at the site. Each outlet even has its own shut off valve for independent control.
The system includes a 25' stainless steel hose to reach campground spigots and a 5' hose to connect the system to your RV. The stainless braid prevents kinks and protects against abrasion, so the hoses stay flexible and route where you need them without blocking water flow.
Instead of a fixed install under the sink, you set it up the AR3 outside when you're ready to draw water. The built-in 12V pump connects to your RV's power supply and pulls from a tank, barrel, or campground spigot. The outlet hose runs to your RV's fresh-water inlet just like a standard hookup. When you're done, the 14-lb frame and 5" filters pack up small enough to store in a bay or cabinet until the next stop.
One thing that this would make this purchase complete would be Blu Technology 90-Degree Quick Connect Hose Adapter - Stainless Steel. But I would like to thank etrailer for coming through with quick and great service and all the information that I would need.Thank you again.

I too enjoy good filtered water Eileen! In fact, I don't really trust those who say there is no difference =) What kind of RV did this go on? Have you been on any fun trips this year?
