Does Curt Front Mount Hitch Fit 2023 Toyota 4Runner SR5

Question:
I have just bought a 2023 4 runner sr5 unbelievable they dont have any real recovery points on front like tow hooks would this front hitch install on that vehicle without drilling and could it handle being pulled out in an off road situation?
