Yes, the Kenda 205/65-10 Bias Trailer Tire with 10 inch Galvanized Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range E, item # AM3H490, is a a good alternative to 20.5 x 8-10 tire. The load range is the same, both are bias ply tires and they are the same overall size.
The 205/65-10 tire is the modern equivalent of the 20.5x8x10 tire.
