Does the Valterra RV Waste Valve part # T1002 Come with Flanges on Both Sides

Question:
Your product picture show this product with both flanges. Can you verify that I dont need to order the part numbers T1005-2 ? Thank you.

What you see in the product picture for the Valterra RV Waste Valve part # T1002 is what comes with the product. On one side is a flange that is 2 inch inner diameter and on the other side a flange with a 2-3/8 inch inner diameter.
