Question:

Hi, I purchase a used Thule excursion and the lock is ruined looks like someone tried to open it with a screw driver and they didnt have any keys. It opens without a problem, but I would like to replace the lock and be able to lock it. Can you please tell me what parts I might need? Thanks in advance of your time.

You can replace the lock core in your Thule Excursion rooftop cargo box using their One-Key System Lock Cylinder Kit # TH450200. This kit includes 2 lock cylinders, two keys plus the universal control key that will be used to remove the old core and install the new one. Please refer to the linked video for more.
