Hello, I’m looking for replacement mounting for older thule summit I have. Can you please send me a link to product ? Or is possible I just use a u-bold if you know the size ? Thanks

Hey Mike, thanks for reaching out!

If you know what size U-Bolt will fit, then you can definitely just purchase a single U-Bolt to substitute for what you have. From what I'm seeing, the Replacement QM3 - Quick Mount Hardware # TH04997 will work just fine if you're wanting to replace multiple pieces of your mounting hardware.

I checked with Thule and the Summit cargo box used the QM3 hardware #TH04997. This hardware will work with your Yakima round bars.

The part #TH04973 that you referenced only includes the quick release plate. For the box plate you will need the part #TH04998 as well as the other parts you mentioned. #TH10403, #TH04877, #TH05001.

The carriage bolts used for the Thule Summit cargo box are #TH10403, sold in quantities of 1. The knob is #TH04877, also sold in quantities of 1. If you need all of the bolts and knobs then you will need 8 of each.

It looks like you have the Thule Aeroblade bar. The T-slot dimensions are 1/2 inch wide for the top of the opening and 3/4 inch wide at the bottom. The T-slot is 1/8" inch tall.
