Replacement Mounting Hardware For a 2002 Thule Excursion Roof Rack Mount Cargo Box

Question:
I have a Thule Excursion, roof-rack-mounted cargo carrier that was manufactured in 2002. The hardware that I have is aged and well-worn, and needs replacement. Code TH05075 appears to be the equivalent replacement. However, I have also noticed that Code TH05820 may work for this carrier. Could you please inform if it would work, or if I would be better of just using TH05075.

I spoke with my contact at Thule just to be sure we could recommend the correct hardware for your 2002 Excursion cargo box.
He said that the original replacement hardware is the Replacement Quick Mount Hardware Kit, # TH04997.
The EasySnap TH05820 you referenced has been discontinued as well as the TH05075 which was the longer bolt version of the kit listed above.
