We offer 2 options for fender back plates. For a back plate closest to the measurements you provided, the Pre-Cut Fender Back # 10FB-32R measures 10-1/2 inches wide x 29-3/4 inches long. This fender back is designed to fit the etrailer brand Fender # HP56VR
For a wider fender back, the # 12FB-32R measures 12 inches wide x 30 inches long. This fender back is also designed for the # HP56VR fender.
Either of these fender backs will also work in a 10-3/4 inches wide x 32 inches long fender such as # HP29VR that you referenced, as this fender is the same length and designed for the same size wheels at the # HP56VR fender.
