We definitely have the rails you need for your Reese 15K Fifth Wheel Hitch so do not have to buy a whole new hitch for your 2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty Truck. The rails you need are the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails # RP50026-58. These will bolt right into your truck bed and will work with your Reese 15K Fifth Wheel Hitch. These base rails are made specifically for your truck bed so you will not have to do as much drilling.
If you do not already have a wiring harness for your new truck, I recommend the Curt 5th Wheel Wiring Harness # C56000. This wiring harness provides an in-bed 7-pole wiring harness for installation convince when connecting your truck to your fifth wheel trailer. I attached an installation video for this wiring harness on a 2015 Ford F-250.
I attached a review video of the Reese Base Rails you may want to check out. I also attached a video of how to trim a bed liner to make room for your fifth wheel rails
