I am looking at your AL88396 air bag lift along with an AL25980 compressor kit. Would it work to buy a emergency 12V compressor that I could use on air bag lift instead?

The Air Lift air bag kit part # AL88396 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2012 Ford F-250/350. The compressor kit part # AL25980 that you referenced would work great to inflate the bags as well.
That being said, any air compressor could inflate the bags. Including an emergency compressor. I am sure you know this already, but using an emergency compressor would be much slower and much less convenient.
