Thank you for the photo of the wheels on your boat trailer! The photo helped me determine that a match for the existing wheels are no longer avaialable. Instead, I recommend a comparable wheel, the Aluminum Jaguar Trailer Wheel - 14" x 5-1/2" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 - Gunmetal Gray # LHSJ211G. The cost of this wheel is listed in the product info below the answer on this page, as well as on the wheel's product page.
I have attached a review video of this wheel for you. It is a 14 inch x 5-1/2 inch rim and has a 5 on 4-1/2 inch wheel bolt pattern.
We do not have a tire and wheel combo available with this wheel, but a tire only that will fit well on the wheel is the Taksmaster Provider ST215/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire, Load Range C # TTWTR21514. This tire has the same Load Range C rating and Radial construction as your existing tires, but is made by a different manufacturer. A local tire shop should be able to mount this tire on the wheel for you.
