I have a solution for you but the Swagman # S64702, will not work with a OEM soft tonneau cover.

I would instead recommend the Thule Insta-Gater Pro Truck Bed Bike Rack # TH93VR or a truck tailgate pad like the Thule # TH823PRO.

Due to the mounting design of the OEM soft roll-up tonneau cover, you would not be able to mount the Swagman Bike bar. It would need to supported by a flat support on both the top and the inner side of the bed rail, see attached image, and most soft tonneaus have the mounting bracket on top of or just on the inside of the bed rail preventing this contact.

Your tonneau covers rail system would interfere with a bed rail style of truck bed bike rack. Would you consider a different style rack like the ones that fit over the rear tailgate? Or attach to truck bed floor.
