Question:

how would one keep this bike rack from rattling or moving in the receiver? is there a means of tightening the rack in the receiver? and, if so, is there a means of locking the hitch? Thanks!

If you are using the Swagman 2 Bike Carrier, # S63400, in a 2 inch trailer hitch receiver, you can use the locking Anti-Rattle Device # S64029. This device will keep the rack from rattling in the hitch.

On the Rola RX-102 Bike Rack there's a distance of 10" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the vertical post. To verify compatibility, you will want to take a measurement from the center of the hitch pin hole on your Jeep to the outermost edge of the spare tire. If it's less than 10" you're good to go - if not, let me know and I can recommend an adapter or a better rack that wouldn't require one.
