Will the HDRH25122 B AND W hitch fit the narrow frame 34inch or 34 1/2 on a 77 ford f350?

34 inch frame widths are pretty common cab and chassis trucks. The B and W Hitch part # BWHDRH25122 that you referenced is designed to fit cab and chassis trucks with a 34 inch width measured from outside to outside on trailer frames.
If you measured your truck frame and it measures 34 inches from outside to outside the mounting brackets of the part # BWHDRH25122 would be positioned correctly. You most likely would need to drill holes in the frame to get the hitch to bolt up.
