Question:

i have an Atlantis 1600XT rack and both the cylinder and the extended protruded part where the key fits in came out as well. The key number is N098. Please advise what parts I need. I have a picture but am unable to attach it to this email.

We have just what you need. If you need additional keys then you can order part # THKEYN098.

It sounds like you need to also replace the lock cylinder. If you still have your keys with N098 on them then you can just replace the lock cylinder with part # THLOCKN098. The key is not included with the lock cylinder.

We have a Thule Atlantis 1600 cargo box. The only key we have broke off in the unlocked cylinder. How can I replace the cylinder and get a new key? The other cylinder is fine and I could just get a new key made. I have the key number N084

For a new lock cylinder you can use part # THLOCKN084 with the Replacement Key # THKEYN084. This will let you continue using the same key for both cylinders on your box.
