These foam pads attach to the bottom of a fairing bracket to keep the fairing from scratching the roof of the vehicle. They also attach to the top clamp of the Thule rapid-action locking ladder holder, to provide padding for ladders during transport.

Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at these Thule Replacement Foam Pads. Now, this is going to replace four foam pads on your Thule roof rack fairings, and you can see the pads right there as they're cut out there out of that foam. So these pads are going to fit the fairing models that you see there on your screen. And this is also going to replace the foam pads on your Professional rapid-action locking ladder holder as well, and at the bottom of that graphic, I included the model number for that locking ladder holder.
Now, these pads, as you no doubt know, are going to attach to the bottom surface of the fairing support bracket where it touches the vehicle to keep the fairing from scratching the roof of the vehicle. And for a ladder holder application, these are going to attach to the top clamp of the bracket assembly to provide padding for the ladders during transport. Now, these pads are the direct replacement from Thule, so you can trust that these are gonna work just like those original ones you're needing to replace. Maybe one or two of them got damaged or maybe even misplaced. So you're not gonna have to worry about compatibility or fitment issues or anything like that.

Thanks for reaching out to me! Unfortunately last fall my car was totaled while parked and I had to get rid of it. I sold the roof rack including the product in question to someone else. As far as I know, he is having no issues at all.
