This part looks like the replacement for my continental 18 foot enclosed trailer. Is there and LED version of this model that uses same plug to hook up also is same dimensions?

You bet there is! The LED trailer tail light you are looking for is the # STL70RB.
The only difference will be the depth because the LED light will not need the amount of space that the incandescent one does to accommodate the bulb. They will both use the same plug and grommet thought.
