Hi, I purchased a Yakima SpareRide 2 Bike Rack - Spare Tire Mount # 8002598 2 years ago. I traded the car in that it was on and left the mounting plate. Do you sell the mounting plate separately, and will the mounting plate for the new model fit mine? Thank you

We do carry a replacement back plate for the Yakima SpareRide 2 Bike Rack # Y02599. For that you would want the part # 8880578.

I spoke with my contact at Yakima and they informed me that the part you need is the #8880578. You have an older version of the Yakima Spare Time which had issues fitting some of the Wranglers and that is why they came out with the part #8880578.
