The updates were prompt, it arrived almost immediately and even came with installation instructions specific to my car make and model.
Easy install good solid product. Took me longer to find the socket than to remove factory hitch and install this.
This was a breeze to install, just 4 bolts on our VW ID4 with factory towing package. I swapped out the 1.25 inch with the 2 inch, same bolts were reused. Just needed a 5/8 socket and a torque wrench to get it tightened to spec.
This took 5 minutes to install and saved me from buying a new bike rack. Super quick free shipping too. A+

It's been 1 year since I purchased and installed this on my 2022 VW ID.4. The car with a 1 1/4" receiver which in my opinion is mostly useless. I don't tow with this car but I do use my 4 bike racks and feel confident with the 2" receiver instead of a silly adapter. Installation was very quick & easy.
One year in and no issues. Installed it myself, it was super easy. I haven't towed anything but there is often a bike rack on the hitch.
The trailer hitch was delivered today and it fits perfectly on my VW ID.4. I am most pleased with the excellent product. Thank you!

I replaced the existing inch and a quarter hitch and installed this 2 inch in less than 10 minutes, piece of cake and it bolted up perfectly.
