Theft Deterrent Recommendation for Prodigy RF Brake Controller # TK94FR

Question:
Is there a special type of screws or other protective device that would deter or prevent theft that could be added/installed to Prodigy RF #90250 when its mounted on the trailer frame?

The Prodigy RF brake controller # TK94FR uses regular hex head bolts to secure it to a trailer though you could use different bolts if you wanted to. A hardware store would have a nice selection of bolts that require uncommon tools to install or remove.
The Prodigy RF # TK94FR won't work without its handheld unit. And if someone wanted to try to buy a new handheld unit the cost is not as low as they might think, # TK27FR. They would have to know that though before attempting to steal it but at least if it was stolen that would have gone through all that work for nothing.
