The only option we have for trailer wiring for your 2004 Ford Crown Victoria is a hardwire option like part # 46255.
Or if you didn't want to splice any wires into your vehicle taillights you could use the zero contact kit part # 119250KIT that uses sensors to detect the vehicle taillight wiring instead of having to splice into them. You will still need to run a power wire up to the vehicle battery though.
