Replacement Trim Rings for the Ford trucks with factory rail kit can be ordered as part # RP58458.
Part # 58199 that you referenced is a set of 2 rubber puck plug covers. We also offer a Puck Service Kit # 58253 that includes one each: puck, trim ring, lock washer and bolt.
