Is the Reese Bulldog Electric 5th Wheel Landing Gear Switch Panel a Plastic or Aluminum Construction

I was told that Bulldog has upgraded the material for the switch panel on the RP500708 landing gear jacks from plastic to aluminum. Can you verify this? Thanks,

I spoke with my contact at Reese/Bulldog about the control switch panel for the Reese Electric 5th Wheel Landing Gear # RP500708 that you referenced. I was able to confirm that the new switch plates are in fact made of aluminum.

A replacement control switch is available as part # BD500368.
