Hello I have a Land Rover Defender fitted with a European 7 pin outlet. I would like to obtain an adaptor to go from the European 7 pin outlet on vehicle to connect to a trailer with a standard US flat 4 plug. Can you Help?

There is a specific adapter for Land Rovers that have that European 7-Way connector # 118710. One end plugs into the vehicle 7-Way and the other end has a connector for a 4-Way flat connector used on US trailers.
