Question:

I am looking at Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 59inch Long - Qty 2 part number: RRVA150B-2 Could you tell me how high this sits off the top of the roof. I dont have a lot of clearance between the top of my cab and the garage door and want to make sure it will clear. Thanks

I can certainly tell you the overall height of the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Bar Roof Rack to help you determine if you have the clearance to pull in your garage. I went out to our warehouse and test fit bay to take some measurements for you.

Overall, this roof rack system will add 5-3/8 inches to the top of your 2015 Ford F-150. The thickness of the custom pads in the DK Custom Clamps and Pad kit # DK427 is 11/16 inches. The height of the legs in the 2500 Series Legs for Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRRLKVA are 3-1/2 inches. The # RRVA150B-2 crossbar measures 1-3/16 inches tall. I have attached a photo showing these measurements for you.
