Easy to Install Trailer Wiring Harness for a 2016 Honda Pilot

Question:
I am purchasing a 2016 Honda Pilot. I recently watched a video from your site showing how to install a wiring harness that was easily installed by accessing a plug located inside a panel on the rear drivers side inside the trunk. The installer said this was for Pilots equipped with the factory tow package. What about pilots without the tow package? Is the plug still located back their for easy wiring harness installation?

The Tekonsha Trailer wiring harness part # 118760 has been confirmed as a fit for your 2016 Honda Pilot and will install in the manner that you described. This plugs right in to the port under the interior panel on your vehicle like what I shown in the install video I attached.
Whether or not you have the tow package this will work for you.
