Do the Curt Q20 and Q24 5th Wheel Hitches Install the Same Way on a 2008 GMC Sierra

I originally had a Curt Q20 5th wheel hitch mounted in my truck. The hitch and rails were sold with the 5th wheel a few years ago. Were now buying a larger trailer, and Id like to buy a new Q24 with rails. Do you know if both the Q20 and Q24 mount to the bed with the same bolt pattern? Im trying to make sure the existing mounting holes from my old Q20 will match up to the Q24. The Q20 was purchased and mounted in about 2012.

The Curt Q20 # C16130 and Q24 # C16245 5th wheel trailer hitches both mount to the same above the bed industry standard rails. If your 2008 GMC Sierra is a 1500 or a 2500 Light Duty then you can use Curt installation kit # C16400-204. If it is a 2500HD or a 3500 then use # C16418-204.
Custom installation kits are preferred because you won't have to drill into the truck frame for installation. They also take less time to install. I have linked the instructions for these kits for you.
