Where to Position D-Ring Tie Downs in Truck Bed for Use with Safety Chains

i have sent picture. Where should i place d-ring on the bed so i can use safety chains. Thanks.

Thank you for your photo of your truck's bed and your inverted 5th wheel hitch. Since your goose neck safety chain points are blocked by the inverted 5th wheel you'll want to install D-ring tie downs as close to them as possible, making sure that there is a reinforcing plate or other structural material strong enough to serve as a mounting point. The best spot would be just to the outside of the existing chain connection points. Although chains are not required for 5th wheel trailers it is not a bad idea to provide a safety margin.
You can use a set of safety chain u-bolts like # 6308.
