Does the Head on the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch Pivot Side to Side

How much side to side movement is there? It looks like plenty of front to back movement, but doesnt look like it offers much side to side movement.

Most 5th wheel trailer hitches with a 4-way pivoting head do not tilt as much to the sides as they do front to back. But it is hard to show the tilt to the sides on some hitches when there is no weight on them. Otherwise the B&W Companion # BWRVK3600 tilts as much as comparable 5th wheel trailer hitches.

I spoke with a Lippert tech and he stated you would be able to move it by hand once the locking bolts are removed. If you can not then you'll need to remove the pin box from the frame and then remove the castle nut on the top to remove the top…
