For your 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500HD with the factory rail kit the correct 5th wheel hitch from B&W depends on the length of your truck's bed. If you have a short bed you'd want the Companion item # BWRVK3770. This is a slider hitch which will give you the needed clearance to make tight turns.

If you have a long bed instead you'd want the fixed hitch version of this hitch item # BWRVK3700. You should note that since the puck dimensions are different between the long and short bed versions of the factory hitch prep package you would not be able to use the fixed hitch in the short bed trucks and vice versa.

The BWRVK3600 model you mentioned is for OEM Ram rail kits.
