Long story short you would need a trailer to transport a heavy duty power scooter with a 2015 Ford Fusion.
The highest rated hitch we offer for your vehicle is the Curt part # C12091 that has a 350 lb tongue weight rating which doesn't sound like it would be enough when you consider the weight of the carrier as well.
This hitch would work well to tow a light trailer with though. For a ball mount you would want the part # C45016, hitch ball # 19256 for 1-7/8 inch and part # 19258 for 2 inch hitch ball.
For trailer wiring you would need the part # 118574.
