I have a 1997 flagstaff pop up with a 12inch wheel, i know someone else asked this question but i was confused by the answer, can you tell me which item number i need?

Wheel center caps are chosen based on the diameter of the wheel's pilot hole (the hole in the center of the wheel) as shown in the picture I linked for you. You'll just want to measure your wheels' pilot holes. If you need a digital caliper to do this you can use a part like # PTW80157. Unfortunately, there's no way to look up the original wheel specs for your Flagstaff.
For example, Americana offers their chrome-plated steel center cap for 12 and 13-inch 4-hole wheels, part # AM90113. These caps fit pilot hole diameters between 2.80 and 2.84 inches. The grease cap you referenced, part # 319EZ, fits the 3.19-inch pilot hole found on many trailer wheels.
